A larger tank capacity means increased operational efficiency. Additionally, the ability to work with smaller tractors and reduce soil compaction are just some of the reasons why this type of sprayer is becoming more commonly used in arable fields. Some key features include:
Italian-made white tank, manufactured to the highest European standards. It is designed to completely empty, with no pockets where water can remain. In addition to the main tank, the standard equipment includes a clean water tank, a hand-washing tank, and a mixing container with a bottle washer, all from the Italian manufacturer Arag. It’s important to note that all hydraulic and water hoses leading to the sprayer’s boom are routed through an opening in the middle of the tank, protecting them from external influences and mechanical damage.
Italian UDOR pumps are part of the standard equipment for this model. The 12m and 15m booms come paired with a 140 l/min pump for the 1,500-liter version, while sprayers with a capacity over 1,500 liters come equipped with a 170 l/min pump as standard. The 2,500-liter sprayer with the largest 21m booms is equipped with a 200 l/min pump.
The 1,500-liter trailed sprayers are equipped with 9.5 x 32 wheels as standard, while the 2,000 and 2,500-liter versions come with 9.5 x 36 wheels.
An Arag regulator with on/off control from the cabin and manual section activation is part of the basic equipment package. There is an additional cost for the version with the BRAVO 180 computer (automatic spray regulation) and electric section control.
The standard drawbar for the sprayer features a hitch eye that attaches to the lower link of the tractor. There is an option for a Y drawbar that attaches to the tractor arms, available at an additional cost.
Boom Types:
The 12m and 15m booms fold in an “X” shape and come standard with mechanical leveling, while the raising/lowering and independent opening/closing of the left and right sides are hydraulic. Hydraulic leveling can be ordered for an additional cost.
The 18m boom folds in a “U” shape and comes standard with hydraulic leveling, hydraulic raising/lowering, and hydraulic opening/closing. All hydraulic functions are controlled from the tractor cabin via electric switches.
Booms from 15m to 21m can also be ordered with “L” booms, meaning they fold alongside the tank. These booms come equipped with hydraulic leveling, hydraulic raising/lowering, opening/closing, and hydraulic locking. All hydraulic functions are controlled from the tractor cabin using electric switches.
The standard equipment for all booms includes triplex nozzle holders spaced 50 cm apart. Classic nozzles can be selected as desired. Additionally, IDK wind-resistant nozzles and IDK-C ceramic nozzles can be ordered for an additional cost. Lighting for road signals and a PTO shaft are included for free with the sprayer.
