The versatile MF ACTIVA combine harvesters are characterized by outstanding efficiency and low operating costs. The models are intended for owners and drivers in small and medium structured farming regions. With their comprehensive equipment, MF ACTIVA combines are powerful machines tailored to the user. With their modern, simple technique, they enable cost-effective and flexible harvesting, where MF ACTIVA brings fruit from the field with ease and comfort.

The threshing components have been optimized to suit all crops. A robust cylinder 600 mm by 1340 mm wide, with eight rasp bars, threshes gently and positively.

The drum has a diameter of 600 mm and a width of 1340 mm. The number of revolutions remains stable even at the highest load and does not affect the threshing performance. The total area of ​​separation in this class is unmatched in strength, and also the main basket is a unique product in the entire industry: in the front area of ​​the basket, the spacing of the wires is smaller, which enhances the execution; in the rear part, the number of wires is halved, which maximizes the separation power and relieves the straw walkers.

The bucket inlet and outlet can be adjusted independently of each other, so the driver can precisely influence the threshing flow. The active ABC basket (installed behind the main basket under the rotating – rebounding drum) additionally increases the circumferential angle of the basket by 14 degrees (= 12.6°, because the right angle is 90 degrees, i.e. 100 degrees) and actively contributes to increasing the threshing performance. In addition, the ABC basket slows down the speed of straw inflow to the straw walker. Depending on the length and humidity of the straw, the position can be adjusted, the straw flow can be optimized and a high separation effect can be achieved.

Simple and ruggedly-built, the Freeflow™ cutting table has light and easy control to enable effortless harvest of any crop.

With cutting widths from 4.2 m – 6.6 m, the Freeflow™ table features a welded frame to which bolt-on panels (such as the table bottom plates) are mounted, making it extremely easy to replace parts when necessary.

The MF ACTIVA models have as standard a multi-adjustable straw chopper with serrated impactor blades and correspondingly low power consumption. For straw management, electrically adjustable deflectors and a chaff distributor are available as accessories.

With a fully adjustable cutting bar, the counter knives and the chopper cover can fully influence the quality and width of the chopped straw.

The MF 7344 model is equipped with automatic cutting height control as standard to maximise cutting performance over all terrain, and Massey Ferguson’s optional AutoLevel feature allows the table to follow changes in land contour of up to 8%.

FreeFlow header – the start of a successful harvest The robust but simply built FreeFlow header is, thanks to its simple operation, the perfect partner for all crops. With a reach width of 4.20 to 6.60 meters, the FreeFlow mowing device consists of one welded frame to which sheets (eg floor plates) are bolted, so replacement of parts in case of emergency is very simple.

The cutting work is taken over by a self-cleaning Schumacher knife with an associated drive. The cut-off harvested goods will be fed by the conveyor along its entire length through the retracting auger with retracting fingers.

Driver comforts include air-con, heating, deluxe suspended seat and electric mirrors as standard.

Automatic regulation of the cutting height is part of the basic equipment, it maximizes the cutting power in all conditions and shapes of the terrain. With the optional Massey Ferguson AutoLevel function, the mower follows soil contours up to 8 percent.

The cab is designed to give the operator the perfect productive working environment.

In the XL cab, the driver is in a perfect position to manage and monitor the harvesting process. Standard equipment such as air conditioning, heating, suspended Deluxe seat and electrically adjustable mirrors make everyday work more comfortable. The instrument panel to the right of the seat serves as an overview interface with all machine functions. The ergonomically shaped multifunction control handle fits comfortably in the hand. So the driver has under control all the changes on the machine. For night work, ACTIVA has six working lights on the cabin and one additional one on the grain tank.
