Hydraulic folding seeders model MS 8230 Super Electro (12 rows at 50 and 70 cm)
The latest product from MaterMacc’s engineering team represents the culmination of years of research and product development. This seeder features all the best characteristics of the MS 8230 model, an innovative electric drive, a weight of 2,350 kg, and a transport width of just 3.2 meters. Here are some of the key features of the MS 8230 Super Elektro seeder:
Simplicity
The first word that comes to mind when thinking about MaterMacc seeders is simplicity. The designer approached every aspect of the machine’s planning and construction with the idea that the seeder must be easy to use and maintain. The Easy-set patented hydraulic system for adjusting the width of the units along the seeder’s frame allows for quick changes in row spacing in just a few minutes. All you need to do is replace the row spacers, which then determine the final position of each unit on the frame when the hydraulic cylinder is activated. No tools are required for this operation. The patented Magic-sem seeding unit allows for the complete removal of the side cover, providing excellent access to the seeding plates, and making replacement quick and easy.
Ease of work
Another distinctive feature of MaterMacc seeders is their lightweight construction. Considering this is a twelve-row seeder, with each unit bearing a certain weight, the designers faced a real challenge. However, the result is a hydraulically folding twelve-row seeder weighing only 2,350 kg (in the basic version). At the same time, the pressure of each seeding unit reaches up to 135 kg. Additionally, the hitch is designed to carry the machine as close to the tractor as possible, and the units are just 120 cm long, minimizing the “balancing effect” on the tractor. For ease of transport, the folded width of the twelve-row 8230 seeder is just 3.2 meters.
ELectric Drive of Seeding Units
This twelve-row seeder comes standard with electric motor-driven seeding units. The machine also features an independent power supply system, eliminating the need for additional installation on the tractor. The electric drive provides greater precision and working speed. It also allows for adjusting the spacing between plants in a row and automatically activates or deactivates seeding sections when entering an already seeded area, reducing seed consumption. The electrically powered seeders are designed to work with an ISOBUS terminal, meaning the system needs to be connected to an ISOBUS monitor for full functionality.
Precise
One of the key features of MaterMacc seeders is their high precision in operation. Numerous field trials and tests conducted in Vojvodina have shown that MaterMacc seeders are among the most precise and reliable on our market. The specially designed and patented Magic-sem seeding unit, after many years of development, has been revised and further improved to offer users even higher quality and precision. Since this machine comes standard with an electric drive, an additional leap forward has been made in terms of both precision and seeding speed.
Versatility
It is important to highlight that one of the key features of this seeder is its versatility. Thanks to the Easy-set hydraulic system for adjusting the width of the units along the beam, row spacing can be adjusted from 37.5 cm to as much as 95 cm. By using different spacers, you can set the row width to your preference, even for specific and non-standard needs. Additionally, the universal seeding unit allows for planting the smallest seeds (such as tomatoes, peppers, onions, carrots, rapeseed, and lettuce) with plates as small as 0.5 mm in diameter, as well as larger crops (such as sugar beets, corn, sunflowers, soybeans) with plates ranging from 2.5 mm to 5.5 mm or even larger. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LEcQPaQ3Tyw
